Policies
All camps and classes require advance registration and payment to reserve a student's spot. Because enrollment is limited and spaces are held specifically for registered students, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, missed classes, schedule conflicts, or early withdrawals. Camp fees cover significant upfront costs, including art supplies, curriculum planning, staffing, and studio preparation, all of which are arranged based on enrollment. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and by registering, families acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Cancellations & RefundsIf a student misses a class, we offer make-up opportunities throughout the semester, subject to availability and advance arrangement with the studio. We also provide dedicated make-up sessions during the last week of each semester. To ensure consistency in our curriculum, all make-up classes must be completed within the same semester and may not be transferred to future semesters. We do not offer makeups for unforeseen weather events. We follow Cobb County’s Weather decisions and schedule. Unused make-up classes have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Makeup-ClassesMaterialsStudents are expected to bring their own sketchbook to classes. All other standard art materials and supplies required for class projects will be provided by Art365 Academy. For our camps, all materials are provided. For Digital Art classes, students are responsible for bringing their own compatible device (such as a laptop or tablet) and obtaining any required software licenses or subscriptions. Art365 Academy is not responsible for providing digital devices or software licenses unless otherwise specified.
Payment Tuition and camp fees may be paid by Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card. A 3% service fee will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions at checkout. A non-refundable registration fee is charged upon enrollment to help cover upfront material, preparation, and administrative costs associated with reserving a student's spot. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds. All payments must be received by the specified due date to secure and maintain enrollment.
Honor CodeWe are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all students. Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, fellow students, and studio property with kindness and respect; follow directions and safety guidelines; use art materials responsibly; and contribute positively to the learning experience of others. Disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Art365 Academy reserves the right to contact parents regarding behavioral concerns and, if necessary, dismiss a student whose conduct negatively impacts the safety or experience of others.
