Art Class Summary

PAINTING

Our Painting Class lets students explore oil pastels, acrylics, colored pencils, and watercolors. Through hands-on instruction, they develop unique techniques and concepts and learn to use each medium to create personalized artworks.

FINE ART

Our Fine Art Class teaches core elements—perspective, proportion, value—and multimedia techniques: sketching, colored pencil, watercolor, acrylic, oil, and sculpture. Students learn to create more professional, complex works—portraits, still life, landscapes, abstracts—and gain mastery of various media.

DIGITAL ART

Our Digital Art Class teaches students to draw and paint using iPads with Apple Pencils or computers with drawing tablets. Students learn digital techniques, explore digital media, and develop their own artistic style.

Equipment for Digital Art Class: students are required to bring either one listed below for the class.

(1) Laptop (PC or Mac) + Wacom tablet + Adobe photoshop software

(2) iPad + Apple Pencil + Procreate software

3D MODELING & ANIMATION

3D Art Class introduces students to 3D image and model creation using Nomad Sculpt. Students learn controls and modeling principles through simple, creative projects, with options for 3D printing and animation.

Equipment for 3D Art Class: students are required to bring the listed equipment for the class.
